Frequently asked questions

How often should my air conditioning system be serviced?

One service every year is sufficient for air conditioning systems that are used in a residential environment for cooling only. If a system is used for both heating and cooling, we recommend two services a year. In commercial settings such as offices or restaurants, a minimum of two services a year is required and in areas where with high levels of pollutants, we advise three or more services a year.

Your air conditioner needs to be serviced if:

Air conditioners are big investments. In order to prolong the life of your system as best you can, you will need to have it regularly serviced by a professional.
