Fordham will check and inspect every central air conditioning unit in the commercial area. This is usually done in winter, prior to the hot summer months however, servicing your aircon should not wait for the summer and should be done every 3 months to ensure optimal performance.

We clean drain pipes and condensate drip trays. We safe seal where needed and always disinfect the indoor units. In addition to this we will also check for any primary errors that any of your units might be displaying and resolve these in needed.

We check the units temperature fluctuations, bearings, drip trays and how the aircon is generally operating We check, wash and chemically clean: condensers, evaporator coils, and barrel fan, Coils and, we de-rust on required spots both indoors and outdoors unit panels.

One service every year is sufficient for air conditioning systems that are used in a residential environment for cooling only. If a system is used for both heating and cooling, we recommend two services a year. In commercial settings such as offices or restaurants, a minimum of two services a year is required and in areas where with high levels of pollutants, we advise three or more services a year.
